Fittings and cleaned up shop get ready for practical

I finished my tube bending project

Kept pressure of 50 psi after I pressure tested I had 2 tightly tighten up a few fittings but all in all my projects held up the soldering was  100% no leaks .

Finishing up on tube bending project

Soldered up my project and and finally making my bends for the  the 22 1/2 ° offset and 45 ° offset and last will be the 60° offset for my 22 1/2° I added my travel and both lenths to find the total length it came to 21 .625 which is 21 15/16" total length

Did knots this morning had to leave for eye apointment in ashern for safety glasses

Did some fittings and knots this morning and had our quiz at 1pm

Brought up my mark a bit I hope study hard here on out5

Started Tube bending project today

I first made a sketch of my tube bending project made my demensions 28" length and 28" width. Secondly I figured how much Copper fittings and made a meterials list , made my 60° degrees 45° degrees 22 1/2" °with protractor found travel for 22 1/2" which was 7 15/16" ,

Almost complete 4" cast iron and 3" and 2" project

Just need to make a materials list I'll be done

Started cast iron project DWV 4" , 3", 2",

4" pipe has 1/8" per ft slope . 3" pipe has 1/4" per ft slope same with the 2" cast iron pipe. Found where the clean outs are the water  loser and also the lavatory. 

Glen bought us new fittings

Brushed up on some rigging this morning & made a rough copy of cast iron project

Started rigging today just the basics

Watched a few demo of oxy acetylene torch cutting

Pressure tested stayinf

Completed just going to cut

Ridged guy came out this morning schooled us on the power 300 threader and a few new gadgets

Changed dies also
