Pressure tested my copper project and pressure was good no leaks .

The boss Kevin gave us a few lessons on drilling holes for pipe and equal offsets

For drilling holes it is every 1 1/2" bit drills a 2" hole, every 2" bit drills a 2 9/16" hole, and a 3" bit drills a 3 5/8" hole.

Put our verical steel pipe up finished our  2" steel pipe project and leveled it off.

Had to re level our pipe we measured from the wall and measured out 11" do we were off level

this mornigg we found our fitting allowances for the 2" schedual 10 90degree elbows ouside diameter was 60.3mm ,C to E was83mm ,appox.weight1.8lbs and 0.8mm

Started unit 24 in morning and did hands on drilling holes & started new project pipe 2"

First started out the day working on some quiz questions for Friday had a safety meeting , finished our 1 " malable iron two 45° fittings and four 90° elbows and one tee project.  Second was practiced up on soldering third did 1 butt welding , and drilled holes for stack pipes
